9. Data Deletion Requests
If you wish to request the deletion of your personal data collected through our Platform, you can do so by following these steps:
- Email Request: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook Player ID and any relevant details.
- Facebook App Settings: You can also request data deletion directly through Facebook by navigating to Settings & Privacy > Settings > Apps and Websites, selecting Jigsaw King, and choosing the option to remove data.
Once we receive your request, we will process it within 10 days and confirm the deletion.
